AABB, the Association for the Advancement of Blood & Biotherapies, is the international association for transfusion medicine and biotherapies. We provided Personify professional services: custom work on their Personify ERP and a DNN-based ecommerce website. In June 2015, AABB went live on the Personify and Socious integration.

AABB, the Association for the Advancement of Blood & Biotherapies, is an international association for transfusion medicine and biotherapies. It runs standards, accreditation, and education, and it sells the publications and programs its members use.
Personify professional services
We did custom work on AABB's Personify ERP and built their DNN-based ecommerce website.
Personify is the association ERP: membership, meetings, committees, and commerce. DNN, formerly DotNetNuke, is the .NET content management platform the public website and store run on. Custom ERP work fits Personify to how AABB enrolls members and sells. The DNN site is where those members and customers browse and buy.
June 2015: the Personify and Socious go-live
In June 2015, AABB went live on the Personify and Socious integration. AABB was the first nonprofit to go live on it.
We built that integration. Socious is online community software for associations. Personify is a Microsoft .NET and SQL Server system. Socious runs on a LAMP stack. The bridge between them is a REST API we designed and developed, which we called Maxiomify. It syndicates membership and committee information so the community platform and the association ERP stay in step. We announced the partnership, and AABB's go-live, in June 2015.
For AABB, the member community and the system of record are connected. A member in the ERP and a member in the community are the same person, with committee roles carried across.
The DNN ecommerce website
We built AABB's ecommerce website on DNN. Education, publications, and the other things an association sells need a public store, and that store has to know the member record in Personify. DNN keeps the content and the shopping experience on one .NET platform, beside the ERP.
