Maxiom Technology created a fully customized, SharePoint site layout encompassing custom graphic elements for the Department of State’s public-facing site, and provided the department with a solution that streamlines the outreach, data-entry, tracking, and surrounding potential IO and UN candidates within an attractive, compelling design. Prior to this novel solution, those looking to be employed by one of the many International Organizations and/or UN would have to check each organization’s individual website to search for Job Postings that are posted as opened or closed manually, creating an overly complicated process for the applicant, and limiting the selection for the organization. Yet, by creating a consolidated, user-friendly portal for completing this process, the BE team has allowed these institutions to share and compare candidate information across all job postings and locations. Thus providing the best candidate to be employed in the correct position each time, and further insuring the investment of the American taxpayer.
Our work recognized for top performance and progressive solutions by being awarded its second Prime Contractor of the Year Award for Excellence by the US Department of State.
